Block hour agreements for customers needing a more proactive approach

DEVsupport provides a block hour agreement for companies with higher levels of IT dependency and support. These hours can be used to provide a more proactive approach to help maximize uptime and operational efficiencies.

  • $500 - $1500 agreement per month will be at $90/hr with $95/hr overage
  • $1500 per month agreement will be at $80/hr with $90/hr overage
  • Travel rate will be $50/hr for all non-local travel (local = Murray area)
  • After hour work- Unscheduled work outside of business hours will be at 150% of customer’s current rate
