Web hosting
DEVsource encompasses a wide range of services from truly outsourced managed hosting to simple co-location services. Rather than hosting their own web server or email server on their premises, many DEVsource clients are choosing to place these servers at DEVsource’s hosting site for maximum security, uptime, speed, and peace of mind.
DEVsource actually manages many of our client’s email servers. The client web servers are managed to make sure the server stays up, operates efficiently, and can serve the site well. While DEVsource does not actually create or manage the content of the client’s web site, we do have recommended vendors who can work with you to create the look and feel of your web site and to determine the best use for the site.

DEVsource provides email setup and configuration for many of our clients. We can help a client determine what level of email is appropriate to meet the client’s needs, whether it is simple POP3 and SMTP or more complex groupware and collaborative computing. In addition, in setting up a client’s email, DEVsource will work with the client to cover other aspects related to email including:
- DNS service
- Domain consultation and procurement
- Training and information on set up and use of the email client and how it will work with the chosen level of email (POP3, SMTP, IMAP)
- Secure use of email as a business tool
